Pregnancy & Postpartum TV was created to support women through one of the most transformative seasons of their lives — with care that is thoughtful, evidence-based, and deeply respectful of the maternal body.


I’m Jessica — a registered dietitian, pregnancy & postpartum exercise specialist, and mom of three. Like many women, my own journey into motherhood changed everything. Through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery, I saw firsthand how powerful it is to feel informed, supported, and connected to your body — and how overwhelming it can feel when that support is missing.


I created this app to be the kind of resource I wished existed: one place where women could find safe movement, practical education, and calm guidance they could trust — without pressure, fear, or “bounce back” expectations.


Inside Pregnancy & Postpartum TV, every program is intentionally designed to meet you where you are. Whether you’re early in pregnancy, preparing for birth, navigating postpartum recovery, or rebuilding strength after baby, you’ll find expert-led workouts and education that honor both healing and long-term strength.
